I am a poet and personal essayist, inspired by the experiences of my transatlantic life. I’ve grown up living between the cottonwoods of Denver, Colorado and the orchids of Kinvara, Ireland. Often, I can be found adventuring in the urban jungle or wildflower meadows.
Currently, I am in my fifth year at Denver School of the Arts, where my major is creative writing. My artistic influences include Oscar Wilde, Colette, Virginia Woolf, Botticelli, and Wes Anderson. In addition to being a writer, I can be found playing roller derby under the pseudonym “Hermione Danger”.
I find hope from conversation, self expression, laughter, adventure, art in all its forms, kindness, floral patterns, tarot cards, tea, and magnificent poetry.
